One or more of the Long-Term Volunteers will be selected to help coordinate the work of the Short Term Volunteers during the week of Tinkuy 2017, serving as an intermediary between the Tinkuy 2017 committee and the Short Term Volunteers. All applicants ought to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, flexible to sudden changes and late work hours, and above all, understanding of cultural differences.
